Danny Christopher a parcouru l’Arctique canadien à titre d’instructeur au Nunavut Arctic College. Il est l'auteur de Putuguq and Kublu, et a illustré A Children’s Guide to Arctic Birds, Ours polaire de la série Animaux Illustrés et The Legend of the Fog pour lequel il a été mis en nomination pour le prix d’illustration Amelia Frances Howard-Gibbon. Il vit à Toronto avec son épouse, ses quatre enfants et ses deux chiens.
